2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

4. Products and Pricing
We sell apparel, including cotton t-shirts and printed shirts. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We try to show product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric dyeing. Prices and availability may change without notice.

5. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment or, where available, Cash on Delivery confirmation. We accept payments through UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallets via our secure payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. We may refuse or cancel any order because of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If this happens after payment, we will refund the full amount.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at www.iamloka.com/policies/refund-policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order. You also agree not to use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in any way that could damage the website or its services.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website belongs to AAMLOK / iamloka and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. This includes logos, designs, prints, images, and text.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
