IAMLOKA Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when a return, exchange, refund, or cancellation applies, and what we need from you to process it fairly.

Unboxing Video — Mandatory for Any Claim

Before opening your package, you must record a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video — starting from the sealed package and showing it being opened.

• The video must begin before the package is opened. Videos filmed after opening will not be accepted, as we have no way to verify whether an issue was caused by us, the delivery partner, or after the fact.
• This video is mandatory proof for any claim involving a wrong product, damaged product, or delivery-related issue.
• We operate in India, where not everyone is honest, and this step protects both you and us — it's how we can quickly resolve genuine issues without disputes.

No unboxing video = we will not be able to process a damage, wrong-item, or delivery-related claim.

Return Window & Condition

• Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns are reviewed for a genuine reason — this is not a no-questions-asked return policy. We reserve the right to decline returns without a valid reason.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products
• Made-to-Order products (eligible for exchange or resizing only — see below)
• Products marked as Final Sale
• Products purchased during promotional events

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-Order products are not eligible for refund, except in these specific cases (with valid unboxing video proof):

• Wrong or different product received
• Product damaged by the delivery partner

Otherwise, Made-to-Order products are eligible only for:

• Size exchanges
• Resizing requests (where applicable)

Plain Tees, Graphic Tees & Hoodies

These products are eligible for return within the 7-day window, subject to the condition requirements above and a genuine reason — reviewed case by case.

How to Initiate a Return

• Returns can be initiated through the Return Portal on our website by logging into your account.
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping (Domestic Orders)

• Incorrect or defective products: Return shipping is covered by IAMLOKA.
• All other returns: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (₹50–100).

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Conditions for Refund Denial

Refunds may be denied if:

• The product shows signs of use, washing, or damage
• Original tags or packaging are missing
• The return request is initiated after the allowed return period
• No valid pre-opening unboxing video is provided (for damage/wrong-item/delivery claims)

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued at IAMLOKA's discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us immediately with your unboxing video as proof. IAMLOKA will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Customer Support.
• If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

After Dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Customers may initiate a return after delivery if the product qualifies under the Return Policy above.
• Shipping fees and associated charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Cancellation by IAMLOKA
IAMLOKA reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Product unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Pricing errors
• Technical or system-related issues

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
