Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products.
• Made to Order products (eligible for exchange or resizing only).
• Products marked as Final Sale.
• Products purchased during promotional events.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns can be initiated through the Return Portal available on our website by logging into your account.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Domestic Orders

• Incorrect or defective products: Return shipping will be covered by IAMLOKA.
• All other returns: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. (RS 50-100)

International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping charges.
• Customs duties.
• Import taxes and clearance fees.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or import charges, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Conditions for Refund Denial

Refunds may be denied if:

• The product shows signs of use, washing, or damage.
• Original tags or packaging are missing.
• The return request is initiated after the allowed return period.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued at IAMLOKA's discretion.

Made to Order Products

Made to Order products are not eligible for refunds but are eligible for:

• Size exchanges.
• Resizing requests (where applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately.

IAMLOKA will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Customer Support.

If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may initiate a return after delivery if the product qualifies under the Return Policy.

Shipping fees and associated charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Cancellation by IAMLOKA

IAMLOKA reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Product unavailability.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Pricing errors.
• Technical or system-related issues.

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
